so ji sub attend at Beijing 2nd International Film Festival Opens Monday

BEIJING – The second Beijing International Film Festival is set to kick off Monday evening with an opening ceremony to be held at the National Convention Centre, China’s Xinhua news agency reported.
More than 260 films from across the world will be screened during the festival at various venues across Beijing from April 23 to 28.
Zhang Heping, vice chairman of the festival’s organisation committee, said the festival is “more localised” in comparison to other international film events.
“We bring in the foreign essence in order to strengthen ourselves,” Zhang said.
About 4,000 guests including well-known actors, directors and filmmakers from China and abroad are expected to attend the event.
Organisers said Oscar-winning director James Cameron had agreed to make an appearance at a time when the 3D version of his 1997 film “Titanic” was setting box office records in China.
Cameron is expected to speak at a forum and meet with Chinese filmmakers about future plans for collaboration.
Other speakers at the forum will include James Gianopulos, chairman of Fox Film Entertainment and Simon Philips, CEO of Walt Disney’s subsidiary Walt Marvel Entertainment.
Guests at the festival include American actor Keanu Reeves, Korean actor So Ji-sub and several Chinese actors and actresses.
The first Beijing International Film Festival was held from April 23 to 28 last year where 100 foreign and 60 domestic films were screened at 20 theatres in Beijing. -BERNAMA

The photo revealed through Huh Gak’s Twitter was taken during So Ji Sub’s fanmeeting in Japan held in Tokyo on March 25.Huh Gak came in to visit the fanmeeting as he had sung for That Kind of Talk, the first single cut from So Ji Sub’s mini album Corona Borealis.So Ji Sub’s fanmeeting gathered more than 10,000 fans, and he was able to showcase himself not only as an actor but also as a singer by singing out songs from his mini album.The photo did bring out some laughs in that So Ji Sub was much taller and had a much smaller face compared to Huh Gak.
